Bay Street Ultimo - Affordable Housing
Nordon Jago Architects undertook the adaptive re-use of a historic
pub dating back to the 1850s in Ultimo's Bay Street.
The transformation included constructing a 7-storey building at
the rear with a basement, a ground floor café, and 26 low-cost
rental apartments, managed by St George Community Housing.
