Nordon Jago Architects took on the challenge of
transforming a complex site on Higginbotham Road,
navigating steep slopes, a stormwater easement, and
diverse land uses.
At the concept design and DA approval stage,
our team provided a unique and comprehensive
solution that addressed the site's intricacies. The
end result, featuring a large childcare centre, storage
units, industrial spaces, and a café, not only met but
exceeded the client's expectations.
