Nordon Jago Architects is proud to have designed
Hoteloco, a sophisticated 4.5-star boutique hotel
in the bustling commercial hub of Eveleigh near
Redfern, Sydney. Drawing inspiration from the site's
rich industrial past, Hoteloco nods to the legacy of
the locomotive while embracing modern comfort and
elegance.
From concept to completion, we worked closely with
the client to optimize the site’s full potential, ensuring
seamless integration with its dynamic surroundings.
The design offers dual access and framed view one opening to the urban streetscape and the other
to a lush, green courtyard, creating a serene escape
for guests. Natural light fills all 39 rooms, enhancing
the contemporary interiors designed by the client’s
talented interior designer.
With a commitment to thoughtful design and guest
experience, Hoteloco stands as a refined addition to
Sydney’s hospitality scene.
