Nordon Jago Architects created a thoughtfully designed residential flat building with 28 affordable housing units, adhering to ADG
and SEPP 65 principles. Five units were adaptable, and a basement car park was incorporated.
The massing and facade treatment pay homage to the nearby heritage church, integrating modernity with respect for the surroundings.
